i wish to know a program that can monitor all uses of my computer and when each user start the pc, they will be prompt a username and password

well r u suing windows or linux? let's assume windows, u could just create different user accounts and require them to use username and password, if each user should have the same rigths, then u coudl just create one guest account for all and give them all the same username/password, or else create individual users, u can also set permissions to users, what they can do what they can see, execute which programs etc... but completly monitoring what they do is not really possible, well u could install somethig like www.realvnc.com and login and check what they r doing, but i would advise u just to give them account with only basic functionality, so they can actually do nothing, that' the saafest, u have to log in with the admin account to do these settings, users u can add from the control panel

Try asking a computer cafe on how they run their services...then if you're willing enough to try and buy to programs yourself.Also...google it. I guess >.>

get a keylogger on your computer to track what they type and what applications they run.
