Nonsense! Healthy? That's rubbish. Sperm isn't healthy. But it doesn't hurt in anyway either. It's just protein.
Lick his sperm? What for? And where is the sperm she is supposed to lick? If a married couple has sex his sperm usually ends up in her vagina. So it would be a rather acrobatic act for her to lick it up.
