When it was my birthday I was seeing my bf for the same amount of time. It really depends on how generous you want to be, you may not have a lot of money to spend. First and foremost I would say that whatever you get her will be most appreciated if she knows that you have put thought into what you got her. My bf got me
a watch (because I didnt have one)
a bottle of my favourite perfume (because I had run out)
a sound of music DVD (as a joke as I was singing the songs to the film)
a t-shirt (as I had seen it in a shop and threatended to get it, it is the same details as one he has).
Oh and he got me some pink and yellow roses as I had told him at some point of time that I preferred that colour to red.
Although the last two gifts were silly, he had put thought into it. I would suggest thinking along those lines.

Any of the following would be ideal:
1) A Black & Decker hammer drill
2) 3 Kilos of haddock
3) A signed photo of Big Daddy
4) A year's subscription of 'Which Shed?'
5) A bag of ferrets
Whichever you choose, she'll love it.
Good luck

Give her a day she won't forget!
Breakfast in bed with a single red rose in a pretty vase, while you tidy up downstairs.
Pay attention to her all day, pamper her, fulfil her wishes. Be prepared to go where ever she wants to go, or surprise her with a special day out you know she'll love.
Romantic meal for 2 in the evening, curl up to a good video and a bottle of pink champagne (sparkly wine will do)
(Unless of course she's a disco queen - then you'd have to go down the disco to keep her happy!)

Your time ^^
spend the whole day with her.
have dinner in some queit restaurant
do a fun activity together, like window shopping, video games, or go watch a movie...
If you want a solid gift, than I suggest you give her personalized items, like a plushie with her name on it, or a bracelet/necklace with her name on it or a purse...
And at the end of the day, I think you two should take a picture together for remembrance...

Better be nice and simple...I think you should prepare a dinner date prepared by yourself...and also purchase some white roses and a cute stuff toy..im sure she'll really appreciate that..
It's good to spend more time at home...spend less and you can still enjoy each other's company...t.c. and goodluck

Jewelery is always a winner, Keep an eye out for what kind she wears gold or silver etc.
Buy her something similar to something she already loves and she'll think you have great taste! =)
