Yes, TB can occur in the spine. It is disseminated TB spreading from the lungs or intestine to the vertebrae through blood. There is pain in the spine, collapse of the vertebrae leading to kyphosis or hunch-back and maybe, paralysis of the legs. It is curable, needing treatment for about one year.

I assume you know how to use your computer so just google up tuberculosis and you will find that TB is not only n the lungs but in bones too.
