I'm guessing the motorbike. A big van wouldn't be good and a pushbike would take too much energy.

It would be better rated on the MpG per Kilo carried.
Your Motorbike may have a great MPG but can only carry a small amount of weight, IE you and a pillion passenger.
The transit can carry 3 sweaty builders and their tools, bricks, planks of wood etc. so technically the Transit would be more economical as it may do 26mpg for 3500kg while your bike may do 60 MPG per 250kg.
But the answer would be, Use the best tool for the job,
Going to the shop for some Fags and the Daily Mirror, Ride the pushbike.
Going to visit Auntie Sue 20 miles away for tea and cakes, whilst dressed as a Power Ranger, Ride your Motorbike.
Going to Build a Conservatory , and taking all your tools and supplies and another two Daily Mirror reading builders who have a tendancy to shout at the girlies out of the window with you, the Transit would be first choice.

it would depend on when Ur riding Ur bike, if Ur cycling on a very hot day U'll sweat a lot more an on a cool day, thus Ur miles per gallon will be higher on a hot day.

the push bike is better for Ur health, and the environment, and the more U do it the more Ur mile per gallon will go up as U get fitter

the transit would depend on what type U had, but it about 27 mile to the gallon

god knows about the motorbike

On a cold day - a pushbike will get the best consumption as you'll sweat less - maybe using a litre an hour - maybe get 17 to 20 miles. (75 to 90 mpg)

If racing and a hot day, it'll get the worst. I used to go through 3 litres for maybe a 10 mile off-road training session. - So REALLY poor mileage!! (15mpg)

What a daft question.Fuel consumption can easily be obtained from the local dealer.
Push bikes use no fuel but you will sweat a lot and if you do mare than 10 miles forget it as you will be a day late
