I call my parents every week. Because we live on different continents now. I usually don't thank them, though, because it's fairly well established that they created me.

The lips will utter the mind's deception and decieve men but not God. We each communicate with our Creator with through our actions. By embracing life we show that we are grateful for our existence. A God who sees and knows all does not need the profuse thanks which religionists tend to offer Him. I believe that in God's eyes 'every action is a prayer'.

I do it by trying not to preach or teach people anything (I fail at this often, given my attachment to my ego :) ). I also do it by making sure that I don't think my beliefs and concepts are the truth and that I have something others don't (I fail at this as well :) ). If I can, the most important thing is I try to love other people (hardest part for me). Very important is that I get rid of all the ego images of god includnig sin, guilt, hell, judgment, saved versus unsaved, reward, punishment.

Yes. I thank Him in prayer each day as often as I can. I thank Him by giving my life to love and serve Him. I thank Him in worship and praise. I thank Him in my thoughts and in my songs.
I could spend all eternity thanking Father God Almighty Creator, oh and I will!

If I say thanks to the God then the relation between us will be widened.Hence i won't he is the creator and he knows which is good and which is bad for me

By meditation, which simply means a state of utter silence. Even the word meditation makes it look heavier. It is better to just call it a simple, innocent silence.After that i see my self.
