I travel a lot but always feel very anxious about it and I can't wait until I get home again. Is this common? How do I resolve it?

I think that this is not at all uncommon, from people I have talked to. While the level of anxiety may vary person to person, it seems most are quite relieved to get back home, even those who enjoy traveling. My husband and I are an exception ... or maybe not ... lol ... we just take our home with us! (full time RV'ers).

You might do some journaling to see if you can get to the key issues behind your fears. And/or consult with a counselor for some short-term therapy to help alleviate this for you ... you would probably find it highly effective.

Good Luck!

just think about the excitement of seeing something that you have dreamed of once you get there and let that over take you fears.

Go for a walk. Don't be afraid of the neighbor's cat.
