around a couple of them and the burning sensation is mostly in the gum area below the teeth.

Your gums are sensitive u need to consult a dentist soon,sometimes they bleed when excersised tughtly while brushing.may be your gums needs to be scaled to resolve this. this happened to me once but recovered from it after deep scaling . Good luck
