Is the "All Brite" tooth whitening kit bad for your teeth?

How long does the effect last for. I just bought one to use before I get married but am worried that it might be bad for my teeth which are not that bad, just wanted them to look whiter for the wedding.

See your dentist and get a professional polish either from the dentist or the hygienist.

Also if you wear a slightly darker lipstick it will make your teeth look whiter.

Its ok as long as you don't keep using it alot, you could weaken the enamel
