Does any of you know and drink Efes Pilsen?

Where do you find it? Firstg where did you taste it? And your comments about that brand please...

Before the Pilsener style of beer was brewed in Pilsen, Bohemia in 1842, all beers were dark. Pilsener's bright, golden color and pleasant bitterness surprised beer drinkers. This well-lagered, bottom-fermented beer has been and is a favorite of beer drinkers in Turkey.

"Efes Pilsen" has become synonymous with beer in Turkey since 1969 with nearly 80% market share. It is a lager beer with 5% alcohol by volume and is available in returnable bottles, cans, non returnable bottles, and kegs, which were launched in the last quarter of 1999. Efes Pilsener is a global brand, which is also produced in Russia, Romania and exported to over 30 countries all over the world including UK, Germany, USA and Japan.

I have had this twice, and both times were at Home Parties, so I do not know where the beer was purchased from. I liked this taste, but others said it was a bit to bitter for them.

You mean LEFFE, that is an european beer from Belgium, pilsen is the kind of beer, kind of amber or orange color and 12 degrees of alcohol, DELICIOUS!
I had taste it in Italy. Where find it? Gourmet stores...may be.
