is it illegal to cook meth next to a school

G'day turknosniffer,

Thanks for the question.

It is illegal to prepare it anywhere at least in the United States or elsewhere. In 1986, the U.S. government passed the Federal Controlled Substance Analogue Enforcement Act in an attempt to combat the growing usage of designer drugs. In spite of this, its use expanded throughout the rural United States, especially in the Midwest and South. Growth of methamphetamine use continues into the 21st century, and many states are considering tougher legislation.

I have attached sources for your reference.

Regards

No, not at all. I'm pretty sure that there was just a law passed that actually requires all elementary schools have their own meth kitchen. So if for some reason you were hoping to market your product to 8 year olds, your going to have to compete with the government subsidized meth prices. You see we took out milk to make room for meth in the budget, so it's practically free. Maybe you should try preparing crack cookies instead. I'm pretty sure that trend hasn't caught on just yet - you could totally get in on the ground floor of that shi t.

Absolutely...it's called distributing a controlled substance within a half-mile of a school. (I work in Law Enforcement)

it has to be more than 500 feet from the school boundaries and you can only cook it on weekends and holidays.
