I just replied to your other question.

Fat = your body fat % not how much you can consume per meal. If you have super fat metabolism and lead a healthy livestyle, who knows you could be pretty cut even eating that.

If you're eating mcdonalds for example and it's 7 hamburgers like in your other question, that's about 560 calories from fat or almost 2000 calores, it's about 63 grams of fat and 241 grams of carbs. Honestly that's about a daily diet for most people. I eat 2k calories, 230g carbs, 26g fats and 250g protein a day cause i'm on a diet based on my work outs.

So in all honesty with very fast metabolism and relatively active lifestyle you could probably keep an average body fat ratio even while eating that much :P

You're probably right about at 3k calories and a 100 or so grams of fat, it's NOT that awful, alot of people with fast metabolism and a healthy lifestyle are on 3k cal diet, however their fat intake is maybe a 3rd of that.

And again, what you eat has noting to do with whether you're fat or not, it all depends on your body fat %. If you have lovehandles and a stomach big enough to cover your belt up when you're wearing your pants, than yeah, you're probably a bit overweight.

I cannot tell if you are fat or not, I could make an educated guess that your circulatory system is in pretty poor shape. I hope that you have a job in which you are very physically active to burn off all of the additives in the coke and hot dogs and bacon.

If you're not fat now, you will be soon.
Try cutting the soda down to 1 a day, hamburgers down to 2, hot dogs to 0, eggs down to 2 and bacon down to 4. That's enough for you to eat in one day if you add vegetables and fruit to you meals.
Or just stop eating that junk completely!
I'm gonna tell your mom!

Depends on people; weight lifters eat that meal to get that protein and I really mean weight lifters: excercizing 8 hours a day etc. of course, you need other nutrients that you aren't getting (fruits, veges..and I dont mean that tiny piece on your burger).

Change your eating habits or else you'll suffer really soon. And I mean before the age of 40.

well obviously if u look in the mirror u can see if ure fat?
but i know ppl who eat loadsa junk like that constantly and cannot gain weight, just how they are built. but jst cos u dont look overweight doesnt mean u are nt internally unhealthy and unfit..

i have no idea if you are fat, but if you dont work outside hard all day, i would bet you might be.
