Yes, you would have your own atmosphere but the real question you should be asking is "What would the density of my personal atmosphere be?"
The answer would be dependant on your mass. All things with mass, attracts other objects to it, any person would pull a certain amount of gaseous elements and compounds to themselves which would comprise your own personal atmosphere.
Alas, your own personal atmosphere would not be dense enough to breathe though.
