the problem may be a power supply board in u r tv set, better call the technician to solve it, and dont open the the case with out know any details about tv. and pic quality will be bad but not now it may take so many years if the same problem contniues

it must be a problem with some IC or any other component. Otherwise the tuner may have also become weak. I faced a similar problem some time back. get your tv serviced at the earliest by a recognised technician.

I also suggest a dictionary, to improve your english!

have a stabilsed input to the tv. also check with the ground connects at home. Not to forget, get it checked or services once a while
