Don't just believe but have FAITH, that every good things comes as God wanted it to be. But our own free will can make our own path and regret it after-wards. Doing God's will may not be as sweet as the world offer, but we as believer in God, what i wanted would my life after death.....Abundance life for me is following God's will.

hi there .......interesting thoughts but i do agree and disagree well lets start with the merciful on all who are imperfect .......well the whole of mankind will be ok then as not one of us are perfect ......if god wants us to live in comfort then why is there wars and starvation in this world that he created ? if he is so good at his job at being god our heavenly father then why does he not have a chat with old mother nature and get her to sort out a few weather systems and give africa a bit of a break and let them grow crops so that there people can survive ?? now illness why do the really good souls on this planet die first and the real scum of the earth live a long life ??,ok yes some people can live the dream but not all love nature yes its the one thing in this life thats free and it does need looking after but as for god well lets put it this way he aint that fair with this life and you can only live youre own life the best way you can but i really do not think he is a fair god in any way shape orform ..............hope this doesnt upset you

You have too much time on your hands if it seemed worthwhile to you to type all that flowery nonsense. Go bother your god with this waffle, and then come back here with a sensible question and less garbled syntax, please. And do some research on the nature of your faith....' He is our father and his son is our elder brother. He is mercifully.' What????????????????
Have a nice day. Go have a lie down.

Obviously, I'm not with you.
I did not ask to be put on this earth, my parents decided that I would be here.
Jesus is not my brother, he lived long ago. Even before my parents were just a twinkle in my grandparents eyes.
The rest of it, I don't really understand what you were babbling about.

We're with you as long as you realize that god comes in the form of theism, non-theism, no-religion, religion, etc.

Yea, sort of. I know God wants us to have abundant life, to enjoy things, and have fun. But the escape from suffering is running from God. TV preachers really miss out on this. Why some of us suffer more than others, I don't know. But suffering is a part of life. It is only when it is accepted does it undergo a change. It then transforms into redemptive suffering.
Matt. 10:38 - Jesus said, "he who does not take up his cross and follow me is not worthy of me." Jesus defines discipleship as one's willingness to suffer with Him. Being a disciple of Jesus not only means having faith in Him, but offering our sufferings to the Father as He did.
Luke 9:23 - Jesus says we must take up this cross daily. He requires us to join our daily temporal sacrifices (pain, inconvenience, worry) with His eternal sacrifice.
Rom. 8:17 - Paul says that we are heirs with Christ, but only if we suffer with him in order that we may also be glorified with Him. Paul is teaching that suffering must be embraced in order to obtain the glory that the Father has bestowed upon Jesus.
1 Cor. 1:23- Paul preaches a Christ crucified, not just risen. Catholic spirituality focuses on the sacrifice of Christ which is the only means to the resurrection. This is why Catholic churches have crucifixes with the corpus of Jesus affixed to them. Many Protestant churches no longer display the corpus of Jesus (only an empty cross). Thus, they only preach a Christ risen, not crucified.
Cor. 2:2 - Paul preaches Jesus Christ and Him crucified. While the cross was the scandal of scandals, and is viewed by the non-Christian eye as defeat, Catholic spirituality has always exalted the paradox of the cross as the true tree of life and our means to salvation.
Phil. 1:29 - for the sake of Christ we are not only to believe in Him but also to suffer for His sake. Growing in holiness requires more than having faith in God and accepting Jesus as personal Lord and Savior. We must also willfully embrace the suffering that befalls us as part of God's plan. Thus, Christ does not want our faith alone, but our faith in action which includes faith in suffering.
Col. 1:24 - Paul rejoices in his sufferings and completes what is lacking in Christ's afflictions for the sake of His body. This proves the Catholic position regarding the efficacy of suffering. Is there something lacking in Christ's sufferings? Of course not. But because Jesus loves us so much, He allows us to participate in His redemptive suffering by leaving room in His mystical body for our own suffering. Our suffering, united with our Lord's suffering, furthers the work of His redemption.
1 Peter 2:19-21 - Peter instructs that we have been called to endure pain while suffering for Christ, our example. God actually calls us to suffer as His Son did, and this is not to diminish us, but to glorify us, because it is by our suffering that we truly share in the eternal priesthood of Jesus Christ
