The mystery of Existence itself inspires spirituality. Many people who are atheists live a very spiritual life and follow practices that don't involve theism or its related beliefs. Reverence for life and the mystery as well as a quest for spiritual truth are in the lives of these atheists and theirs is a path that is supremely spiritual.

This is applicable only to me, but if you mean spiritual as in magic or psychic abilities, then sure! Why not? Criss Angel rocks my world. If you're talking spirits and/or ghosts, I semi-believe in that stuff. It's dependent on the situation/scenario presented, how valid it sounds, perspective, etc. I also believe in karma, but once again, that's dependent on the aforementioned stipulations. As far as higher beings, no. That'd just be plain hypocritical.

They do not! That is why they call themselves Atheists.
If you want to challenge someone ideals, do not question them about their position, they will never respond favorable because to do so would mean being wrong! No one wants to admit being wrong.
I suggest that you ask question that when answered support your
position.
Example: Christ told Peter, " You are the rock upon which I will build my church, the gates of hell shall not prevail and I will be with you always. From the day Christ rose until 1300 AD, what names do History use to reference the followers of Christ?
Christians and The Church, so when did all these other Denotations come into being? They cannot be from Christ, because of what He said. They have to be man made. But if Christ said he would be there always, why do man feel that he must make something different. Did Christ lie to Peter?

Depends on what you mean by "spiritual."
I do not believe in ghosts or spirits running around intervening in people's lives. But, I do believe people can be "spiritually" inspired by their environment (paintings, nature, conversation, companionship, etc.)
But, it isn't supernatural, it is a response from the brain.

merely because you're atheist does no longer recommend you won't be able to be non secular, and our perception gadget is a lack of religion, and that's the position to precise our perspectives. in case you cant see that this isn's a "non secular human beings in uncomplicated words area about the fantastic details of religion", then you definately are very small minded, as your faith has inspired you to be. you've creasted a question directed at atheists, it really is one in all many (no longer all obnoxious like yours is, there are a range of severe questions an atheist may provide enter on), so in asking the question you've responded it for your self. There are atheist appropriate questions or questions the position it truly is outfitted to an atheist to provide enter, it really is why we are right here. you merely dislike range. possibly an atheist answering a question directed completely at non secular human beings about how suited they think of their faith thinks they ought to act mainly circumstances and so on, might want to be incorrect, yet faith and spirituality is an rather large spectrum and every person might want to be allowed to provide enter. in case you won't be able to see that each and each individual giving enter and so on is the entire factor of a information superhighway communicate community, then possibly it truly is YOU who should not be right here.

Define "spiritual". Are you referring to ghosts, angels and demons, or are you referring to an emotional state of wonder?
If the former, then no. If the latter, then yes.

when i was an atheist, i did. although what i believed in at those times was completely different from believing in God, i was still very spiritual in that i felt like there was still something great out there, bigger than us, but was completely rooted in the physical world
