There are many pages with the IPA. Here are some of them:

http://www.ic.arizona.edu/~lsp/IPA.html

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/International_Phonetic_Alphabet

http://www2.arts.gla.ac.uk/IPA/ipachart.html

Some of these sites have audio files, but I didn't spend a long time exploring them. The last one looks promising for sound files.

I disagree with alfajorNYC.

Here's a website with an IPA chart where you can click to hear examples of the sounds:

Have a great time with your language learning!

Which language are you working from? The IPA will only make sense to you if you know what the equivalents sounds are (and spellings for such) in your mother tongue.

no would desire to, purely seem them up in the dictionary. they at the instant are not utilized in writing, different than in some foreign places words. As for dialects, we human beings do comprehend the transformations yet do no longer positioned lots substance to them. they may well be used to discriminate socially as some English speaking societies do.
