I have about a 5 foot bar a 2 foot bar two 10 lb dumbells and 2 eight pund dumbells, I also have about 90 pounds of free weight plates to go with those, I am a lightweight lifter so the amount of weight is no the issue,
What routine should I use, I can workout almost every day except the weekends when I'm usually out on business.
I want to add some muscle tone but do more than "just" tone you know, I'm really broke right know so this equip wil have to do for now.

The best simple exercise book and food ideas I've seen for a while (that was interesting) was Sylvester Stallones. Hot To.....
If you have a beam or nar at your house just throw a rope over it, attach a broomstick or handle to one end and weights to the other and you can add quite a few exercises.
DO NOT SIT DIRECTLY UNDER THE WEIGHTS.
