You seem confused by it all, and I'm hear to tell you that, arn't we all. But I will say this from my own personal experiences ( and some poor choices) that when you start a relationship with someone and you or that someone is still involved with another someone, then it won't last. Kinda like murphys law you know? Believe me I know, its happening right now to my relationship. After I cheated and left my ex for this new, romantic, sexy guy, we are falling apart. And it hurts. And other people hurt too.
But hey, anyway, my advice to you is to do it the right way, ok? And I wish to you that you find true love.

She's setting you up for a fall. One word- Unfaithful. I'm attracted to you but just want to be friends, ha. She's leading you on. She's with another guy and she's seducing you. Later she'll tell you, I said I just wanted to be friends and you knew I was with someone else. Even if you win this prize, who's to say when she moves in with you that she won't be telling another dude "I'm attracted to you but I just want to be friends". You are chasing the P****. If you want love look somewhere else. If you just want to hit it and quit it with this skeezer then do it. But DO NOT fall in love or think a healthy relationship will come out of it.

Your questions seem to indicate that you are confused about your relationship with this girl. It appears to me that you are interested in a more than a friendly relationship with this person.
Am I correct? If she just wants to be friends, then treat her as a friend. If the relationship progresses further, with both parties wanting it that way, then what is stopping you?

first you are looking for drama,,, shes with her live-in for a reason,,and she needs to either move out or leave it alone,,, people to get attracted to other people but you know when things need to be left alone,, besides why want someone elses chick, chances are if she cheats on him,, why wouldnt she do the same to you down the road if she endes up being attracted to someone else,, she may just be saying shes attracted but dosent want to go further,, kinda letting you know,, let it be as friends, there is someone out there exciting ,, you just need to forget the excitement with her,, its only exciting to be with her because its like forbidden fruit... ya know

I DON'T THINK THE QUESTION SHOULD BE WHY YOU SHOULD BACK DOWN, IT'S MORE LIKE WHY SET YOURSELF UP FOR THAT PAIN. FROM WHAT YOU SAID SHE ISN'T GOING TO ACT ON THE ATTRACTION BETWEEN YOU TWO. MOVING ON TAKES TIME, STAY BUSY, MAKE UP LISTS OF THINGS TO DO AND BEFORE YOU KNOW IT YOU'LL HAVE YOUR LIFE BACK.
