Well, its not you they hate, its the majority of the black race with no work ethics,no family value, violence, and drug use. People dont like your race mixing with others. So yes there is and will be racism, but it shouldn't be directly towards you. Because you seem like a black person that wants to stay within the black race, that is fantastic, I thank you if thats true! So stay true to your race and only your race, not mixed races not other races but your race!

The only problem is people who keep bringing it up. Racism is a dying problem, it shrinks every year. You will run into a few people who have a primitive ideal, but most people are not racist.

What you don't want to do is become the next Jesse Jackson or Al Sharpton. If you keep bringing it up, you will only inflame others. So don't buy into victimology. You are no more of a victim than anyone else. The world isn't out to keep you down.

The only thing in the end which you keep you down is your own ignorance. That isn't meant to be an insult, but a warning. Move beyond the past and look to the future.

Rise above it.

Are you talking about racisms towards blacks from other groups? Racism from blacks towards other ethnicities? Or racism among blacks themselves towards different kinds of other blacks? In any case, this country is obsessed with race and racism. As others have stated, the notion of race (which I believe is a myth) is a global obsession. Genocides have taken place because one group didn't want the other group to exist (e.g. Eastern European countries, the Holocaust against the Jewish people). I live in NYC and have never seen anyone say something racist to a black person, but we are probably not like the rest of the nation. In any case, while you may be facing racism, blacks in the country do not have to worry about genocide (which, as you probably know, is not the case in some African countries today).

Racism is such a big problem. Especially with Mexicans and Black people. I'm Mexican and when I'm talking to someone and I hear racial comments all the time about Mexicans. I tell them I'm Mexican and they say "then why are you here?". Especially white people(no offense) a lot of them think they are better than others. Also a lot of people are racist against Asians. Also it's corrupting our justice system. Someone might kill someone and the killer is white, the victim is another Mexican. They might not get the full extent. Say the killer is Mexican, the vistim is white, most likey they get the full extent. It really is a shame that people care about race.

I'm An Aryan But Not A Racist. In The Eyes Of God All R Equal.
Some Parts Of The US R More Racist Than Others Mostly Out Of Ignorance

Racism IS an issue in not only the US, but the world.

But the only thing we can do as people, is make the best out of what God gave us.

If you respond to racism negatively, then you are no better than the person who is being racist to you.

Don't allow racist people to get to you...because for every racist in the US, there's about 100 genuinely decent people. If you let racism get to you, you only make it worse.

Be part of the solution, not the problem.

Conditions at birth should NEVER be a source of shame or pride.

Meaning, you shouldn't be "proud" to be a part of some race, a citizen of a country, or anything else. Likewise, no one should look down on you, treat you better, or any differently because you are of a certain race, country, etc.

We should all just be human beings, and learn to hate others for the ***holes they are.

Racism is a problem anywhere it exists not only in USA but anywhere. I remember as a child growing up on the reservation in NC... i remember seeing signs in resturants that said.... "no dogs or indians allowed"....
If someone is going to judge someone... do it by their character by the person they are ... not based on the color of their skin...they cant help that anymore than they can being born the gender they are.
Always remember God created every color of the rainbow... and loves each one.

I see it as a problem in some ways. I wish there were no division in schools, scholarships.Miss Americas,,jobs, and it would have to go both ways.Sometimes I think that blacks haven't accepted it themselves and act like you say-bowing down.I am from a small town in Texas. Black men that worked for my bro-in-law called my brother-in-law Masta Jerry! Not that he asked them to,but because they respected him. They cried when he died just like the closest family did. I was so surprised to hear them say Masta! I think ppl are ppl.

Racisim is a big problem EVERYWHERE.

You telling me BLACK people with very light skin children DON'T encourage them to assimiate and avoid black black spouses!

Everyone is a racist at heart!

You see a lot of it in Africa.

You see it in Mexico between the city Mexicans and the Mountain Mexicans.
