It's called 'flirting'. When you see a boy that you like, look at him and pay attention. If he looks over at you, give him a little smile and half a wave. If he is interested, he'll come over, say hi and you can talk a little. If not, don't worry about it, it could be a million things...
If you tell him something nice it will make it easier for him, but be sincere and don't say too much. Tell him (a little bit) why you like him...you might be very suprised at his response. Hopefully, he'll be civilized and want to arrange for you two to spend some time together. Try to have an idea of what would be ok and what wouldn't so you can work something out with him. It helps to touch him once in a while when you talk with him, just a little touch on the arm is real nice for a guy when hes talking to a girl. Hopefully it all works out, but use your gut instincts...if it doesn't feel right be ready with a quick excuse to get out of there. If you can be clear about what you want, it will help the guy to know exactly what is ok with you. He'll like you...don't worry about it.
