Of course.
Sperm have this way of finding themselves up inside you no matter what sex act you may or may not have been doing (or thought you were or weren't doing).
If you have two working genitalia- one of each sex, a few fingers and a mouth or two, you have a very high probability of getting knocked up (depending on the time of the month, but I am not even gonna go into that part). Bear with me on the rest of my rant.
Bottom line. It actually takes some doing to KEEP FROM GETTING PREGNANT. Ask your parents what form of birth control they were using when you were conceived. This will give you a clue on how easy it is to have a child that is unplanned.
I had a friend in high school who got pregnant without any penetration. As a matter of fact, the guy couldn't get it in her no matter what they tried. Well, to make a long story much shorter, SOMETHING obviously got in her because she got pregnant. There was NO penetration whatsoever. She was so deformed "down there" that the doctor we went to see couldn't use the usual speculum to see inside of her. She was still technically a virgin until the doctor split her unusually formed hymen just prior to performing the abortion. My friend has since had to undergo a surgery to open her up enough to have a somewhat normal sex life.
So, to my Yahoo Answers buddy:
YES. You can "fall pregnant" without penetration.

Possible but so unlikely that I don't think it's anything to worry about.
The sperm has to get all the way to (and then past) the cervix to get you pregnant.
BTW how do you have "sex" without penetration? You saying the penis was just rubbed on the cooch? You guys must have some good self-control if that's the deal.

Yes, of course it is. It's all about where the fluids go. Be careful - you can also get STDs that way.
