- Tongue bite
- Incontinence of urine
- Twitching teeth
- Uprolling of eyes
- Deviation of mouth
- Violent behaviour
etc.

Anything is possible. It is not probable that you would bite it off though. Swallowing it is more possible.

Im a diabetic & in my sleep I has a low blood sugar & hence had a small seizure & bit a piece off the tip of my tounge

you can bite your tongue, but you can't swallow it. it's physically impossible to do so.
