i know this guy, he's been with his gf for long time now. His girlfriend is sick and he takes care of her, her medications and all. He said, his love for his girl is starting to fade but he can't leave her. If you were him, what would you do?

how long is a long time?and how old is she where are her parents?and there not married he can still be a good friend to her and help her out but if he stays and untrue it will just make him miserable.

well i would stay if i really loved her and if not i would probably move on and stay close friends with her
