Ideally stick a meat thermometer into the chicken and make sure it shows at least 100C or 212F. (Salmonella bacteria is eliminated at this temperature) Alternatively, cut into the middle and determine if the center is cooked and very hot.

Insert a skewer into the centre, if the juices run clear then it's cooked, if they are pink then it is not. Why don't you get a meat thermometer, which when inserted into the thickest part of the meat must reach 75 degrees fahrenheit.

Preheat your oven to 350. Place your golden fried wings in a baking pan. Oven bake until when you cut into the fleshy part no juice is pink, only clear.

chicken is a white meat so if it has any pink in the middle it isnt cooked
