I have had nothing to do with the military since my departure in 1982.

I'm still in, and I got them too. Mine stopped shortly ago. It was just a safety precaution. I'm a Human Resources NCO in the Army National Guard, and they told us not to worry about anything.

My husband and I just received a letter from the "VA", but there was no letter head, and address return was to San Mateo, CA. They asked for rank, phone number and social, when we called and tried to get someone to talk to, their was no VA in San Mateo. So this whole fraud thing is still going on. We are active military so we took it to the legal office. Hope this helps...
