when i cuddle with the girl i like (we are not quite offical but we are really close) i will kiss her cheek then i hug her, kinda pressing my cheek to hers.
so i ask. girls, do you find it weird or romantic?
i will do this alot. i like the feeling of putting my cheek to hers (feels relaxing and i like the feeling of being close to her like that) and i was just wondering what others think about it.
i'll ask her if she likes it but she always says it's ok or fine (as if i asked if she minded if i did it) so i want to know if other girls like it when a guy does this. my friend (girl i like) is shy and we both haven't been in a relationship before so i understand when she is a little unaware about her feelings on what is going on.
PS: i'm a guy... i think my avitar confuses most people.
also we are both 21.

yeah, most girls really like that. and its a good way to start out. just dont ask her if shes ok with it. just do it. because most of the time girls will always be ok with it, and if they're not then they wont let you do it. or they'll become distant towards you because they know that you're trying to get closer to them when you do that. just try to pick up on the body language i guess.

I love cuddling and being close to someone, but if a kiss on the cheek is the most I'm going to get, I'm not going to lie - I'm going to be pretty disappointed. I think if my guy isn't taking the plunge and at least kissing me on the lips, then he does not have the confidence I'm looking for. If this girl is only saying it's "ok" or "fine" - I'd say that's a giveaway that's she's looking for something in addition to that (cause it sounds like you haven't progressed beyond this).
For me, I like a passionate kiss/make-out session. If you do that first, and then still hold me and snuggle up next to me - that's what I'm looking for. That shows me that my guy is confident, passionate, and sweet.
P.S. DO NOT ASK TO KISS HER!!! I think when a guy asks it totally spoils the mood and the moment. Just take the plunge and go for it!

Some other suggestions are:
Eskimo kisses - Rubbing the tips of your noses together lightly.
Putting your foreheads together - A bit more fun is when you keep your eyes open, your eyes will cross, and both of her eyes will become 1 eye like a cyclops! (For more fun, ask her to wink at you)
Rubbing your cheek along hers like a cat does on stuff (Nuzzle), or rub it on other parts of her body, but don't forget to shave! Severe skin irritation may result if you don't.

I think it is sweet and romantic, it is something i would really like, it is nice to have a romantic guy who cares and does sweet / emotional things to show he cares.
