I heard some people said avocado is quite fattenning. And some said it full of Victamins. Which one is true?

Generally, you can tell the health of an avocado by its color, texture and hardness. Don't be fooled by its shape, even strangely shaped avocados are surprisingly healthy.

Hmmm... thats not what you meant, was it? :p

NO!!!!! please don't be tricked by it!!! I fell into it before ... loving to eat avocados and all... and I ended up being so fat! and my BMI was over the normal 21 figure ....

p/s: if you want to eat avocado, try having it mashed up and have lemonade mixed up with it with some sugar. SUPER! but don't eat too much of it.
