my wonderful cat tigger was a charming kitten...one night he was sleeping on the window sill next to my bed. something happened, bad dream i guess, and he fell off...he got caught in the curtains and pulled the curtains rod out of the wall...knocked the lamp over that was on the nightstand...jumped onto my face and yowled then ran down the hall. of course, i was awake then, so i ran after him to see if he was hurt.. he was sitting on the TV looking at me in an accusing way...just like i had done this horrible thing to him...
tigger lived 19 years, and he was my child and best friend. i miss him...

Oh my gosh. Being allergic to these beautiful creatures, I have to claim my daughter's kitty. I do enjoy petting this wonderful animal, and then I have to go and wash hands thoroughly. The goofiest thing my daughter's cat would do was when playing with the family dog, she would lock arms with this Pekingese dog and they would roll across the floor back and forth. I thought this was about one of the funniest things I had ever seen.

The goofiest thing my cat does is sing a lot before he uses the human toilet--he's toilet trained. He also likes sucking his toes when he falls asleep. My other cat likes to give my sugar glider (an Aussie flying squirrel) piggy-back rides.

My previous cat must have had a depth perception problem, because whenever he tried to jump up into a window, he had a 50/50 chance of hitting the glass! When he did, he'd just shake his head and walk away like he meant to do it...
Then my brother's cat, instead of waiting patiently on the porch to be let in (like my cat) he would climb half way up the screen door and "MEOW"!!!
I don't remember HOW many times we had to replace that screen...
Which one is weirder?

About 4 years ago, there was a bean bag in the apartment I lived in the living room. I sat my cat up in it, like how a person would sit, and made him sit there. He was reluctant for a minute, but eventually just sat there. As my buddy and I watched football, we looked over and he had fallen asleep. For almost 2 hours he slept, laid back and sunk in a bean bag. Laziest and coolest cat I ever had.

My cat "Toby" loves to open cabinet doors and hide inside of them. His favorite pastime is to hide in the bathroom cabinet when people come over to the house and while they are sitting on the toilet he jumps out of the cabinet like a bat out of hell right onto thier feet. He does this to me in the middle of the night sometimes too(I am 39 weeks pregnant and I swear he will be the cause of my water breaking). He is also notorious for unzipping things:Right now he likes my overnight bag that i have packed for the hospital. It's like a small rolling suitcase. He unzipes it and hides inside until someone walks past him. Luckily he is declawed otherwise I think I probably would have kicked his little but out the door already tonight. But to him it's all fun and games!!

I could write a book about goofy cat behavior. My cat once tried to drink water out of the toilet and the lid closed so she was stuck in the toilet. It's a good thing I was home.

Used to have two cats that would run full speed at each other than leap into the air and collide, kind of like a cheap martial arts movie.

Being that I'm allergic to cats now but in the past I had a cat that would always attack our hand when we turned on or off light switches. Kind of odd I thought.

good god, can I give you a list?
My over-weight cat jumped on the top of the fridge to get his cat nip one night while we were watching. Couldn't even yell, too shocked. Also he fetches bottle caps. He "hides" them around corners when we're sick of throwing them. He does the wiggle and pounces on them.
The other cat is just a weirdo. She stands on her hind legs and just stares at you, her record is 20 min. She also licks her tummy when she's standing up, it just looks silly. She chews on plastic bags. The both fight over any plastic or paper bags that might be on the floor or chair. They both want to sit on them. If she has her catnip pouch, she'll stand up, pick it up in her front paws and throw it in the air. If you're ignoring her, she'll poke you with her paw till you pet her. I tried to fake sleep one night cuz she was bugging me and she sat on my head and poked my face... couldn't fake much after that.
If I take a shower and don't shut the door the whole way, they both come in and watch me. The smaller one will jump up on the side of the tub and watch me around the corner of the curtain. If I take a bath she'll jump up on the side, and stare at me. A few times she has jumped on my chest and layed on me as I was in the water. What do you do then? Couldn't touch her with wet hands, she'd freak, can't sit up, I just had to wait till she got bored and went away.
