Might want to take some Midol or PMS Medication.

Boost up your IRON. That is probably why you are weak.

From girl to girl. If you have terrible cramps try holding something or squeezing a pillow between your legs. And there's nothing wrong with starting your period at 13, everyone starts at different times in their lives. I started at the age of 9. And if you start to bleed really heavy, you might need to tell your doctor. Sometimes the tissue that lets the blood through can break and cause major damage.

I do not think hurting legs and knees wanting to give out has anything to do with your period. Seriously, you should take yourself to the doctor tomorrow. He may be able to do something about the killer cramps too. Go To The Doctor.

Do your legs hurt from cramps or are they just sore? Have you recently worked out too much, or been dehydrated? It could be from the loss of blood, low on iron, calcuim, several things. Try taking a multi-vitamin every day. Eat plenty of bananas for the potassium (helps with the cramping). If you are sort of faint or light-headed, try eating something healthy. A lot of us feel weak when we are on our periods, so you aren't alone.
