Fiber makes you feel full - I like bananas and water for that.
But proteins make you feel satiated.

Protein will make you feel full because it does not raise your blood sugar levels. Carbohydrates raise your blood sugar levels to give your body increased energy. Fiber makes your regular and helps maintain a good cardiovascular system. Whatever your body doesn't use is stored in fat. This is a basic breakdown. Below are two links to info that may be useful. Good luck.

Vegetables and fruits make you feel full, since they have little calories per volume. You can eat half a bag of frozen vegetables and still only eat like 500 calories.
If you want to be more general, fiber makes you feel the fullest, because it absorbs a lot of water. But you should eat natural fiber, because artificial fiber often leads to stomach ache.

Yes, protein will fill you up, but I've also heard that ice cold water will make you feel full, too, even though it's not technically a food and not as preferable to your body as room temperature water.

Carbs give you fast fuel and are burned quickly. Proteins fuel you up for later and take longer to go through your system. If you eat too much proteins and fats you'll feel lethargic and not want to do anything.
