doing 10 reps using a 5 pound dumbell vs
doing 20 reps using a 2.5 lb dumbell. do they yield the same resuts/benefits? disregard the number of reps (im doing many more), im looking at the concept

Technically, one is strength training (increasing weight, maintaining reps) and the other is endurance training (increasing reps, maintianing resistance/weight).
