Read up on your new company a little and when that question comes up, just say... I like my company, but I like the direction your company is going and I can grow to be a better asset in your organization... OR

Just simply say that your company profides a better opportunity for me to improve and I think your company is a perfect fit for the skills that I have.

Whatever you do, never bad mouth your old company because your new company may think that you will bad mouth them someday when you decide to move on from them.

Just say that you are looking for better opportunities that your old company does not provide. It is the truth and it isn't anything negative on the old company.

Rather than focusing on the negative aspects of your current job, focus on the positive aspects of the new position. If you will be using skills and abilities in the new job that you don't use in you current job, make sure to mention that, without talking about the fact that you are not currently using them. If the new job will provide you with growth opportunities that your current one does not, mention that too, without bad mouthing your current position. Always be positive about your current position, never complain about what you dislike about your job. However, you can say things like: "The position you are offering me is simply a better fit than my current position." You can describe how it is a better fit, all without bagging on what you are doing now. Always focus on the positive regardless of which position you are discussing, your current, or your future.
