Easy. Woman #2. Looks will eventually fade over time. Intelligence is forever. Over time you will look past the beauty regardless of varying degrees of it. If she is nothing more than a pretty face fronting for a hollow shell, then she will contribute nothing towards any marriage or relationship. You will end up with an old and stupid woman.

2, but it's not a fair comparison, unless this is not a theoretical scenario! If the choice were between a woman of average intelligence and fine looks, or one of high intelligence and average looks, it would be a lot harder to decide.
Basically, you need the minimum looks to get in the door, but the brains to stay in the party long term!
