Try this... Ignore all mental noise (fears, desires, future, past) and place your attention on the the body where the disease is, without any hope of getting cured. That triggers the natural curing process.
The body creates all kinds of drugs and sends them to the right organ in the right proportion without side-effects.

God can cure anything, hes all powerful, but wait how do we get aids, hmm mainly from not waiting til marriage. So God could be using it as a consequence for our actions, although it can be healed. Passage Matthew 17:20:
20He replied, "Because you have so little faith. I tell you the truth, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there' and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you."[a]

Nope & is he suppose to? If it weren't for Him, you wouldnt even of been able to type that ''does god cure hiv/aids''..... I know thats a bad disease, but why do people feel like God owes them something? Isnt life enough? Isnt experiencing love enough? People need to know, accept, and appreciate where they came from......period.

God's will WILL be done. If it was his will to cure aids in someone, it would be cured. If it is not his will, it will not be cured.

Allah hasnt created any disease which has no cure.
Difference is that we havnt dicovered it.
Be logical, recent century doscovered many medicines like cancer, Maleria, Phenomonia, Polio, TB, Hepatitus and many oher which was once thought as incurebale.
So lets see when Allah gives us wisdom to make medicine of HIV
