This may sound silly but have you asked your parents if you can go on the visitations? They are the ones that would need to clear it with the courts. Ask and keep asking. If you have anyone coming over for evaluations, ask them when they are there. Ask if you can call her too. If you get a chance to go to court, then you can ask there. It may be that you have not insisted on seeing her. These cases are tricky but they usually want the siblings to see each other. You may want to talk to a counselor at school and see if they can help you either with information or getting you in touch with those who have made this decision.

This is very painful cause i've been through it all the way... but instead of me being in a foster home iwas more in a Residential named Vista Del Mar... my first Visit was In 1 week... but it also depends on her visiting schedule and who and how many people could come and visit... it all works diffrent... for each resident... if your there for Bad behaving.... they might make it a little bit harder.. if she's on probation or DCFS or DMH or any kind of other behavior Help or Mental advice like AB3632... Basicly your on the governments hand... they have all kinds of staff...they will help her but one thing don't let her plan running away that's like breaking the law they find you no matter where she' at...24/7
She might have to be restrain if she's in danger to her peers or to herself or if she goes out of control....They might even start giving her medication...they say it's good for you but it really isn't on my side of opinion cause all they do is Calm you down.... and be all druged... i got out of Vista Del Mar Residential in about or close to 1 year...some residents are there like for years and years... and maybe until she's 18.... the fist thing they told me was that i would leave in less than 6 months or according to my behaving and what the team and her therapist decide.... it's all In there hand... your parents might have to go to Family Therapy or it might be harder for her to get out.... but i'm on your side....

You could try contacting the department that placed your sister and ask them to see her also perhaps they might let you write or if your sister has access to a computer you could talk that way as well

You have to ask your parents to take you along with them, or ask them for a Social Workers name, and phone number. Call them, and expalin who you are, and you want to stay in contact with your sister. You can also write her a letter, and give it to you parents to give to her with a contact number. But I would beg, plead, and cry.

You are not old enough to see her on your own. You can only see her with your parents and the states permission and presence.
