There are two ways. The first is to get up and realise that you don't have to go to work that day.
The second is to engage in some physical relationship building with your partner.

Put some wet plaster over your face the night before, then smile as you fall asleep... when you wake up the next morning ... tada!, you start the day with a SMILE.
Ok, not funny ... i'd say a better way is to set the timer on your hifi to wake you up with your favourite song in the morning.

Just make up your mind to be positive, and do it as your'e falling asleep. As soon as you wake up, just spring out of bed with a big smile on your face! It's hard at first, but you'll get it, just keep trying!

look out the window as your drinking your normal OJ and see your neighbor taking out the trash and his robe come open from the wind! that was a funny morning!
