I've been doing 200 sit ups/day. It takes about 15 mins and I walk a ton. Do you think these sits up are sufficient for cardio since I can't go to the gym?

Good way to keep your abdominal muscles from increasing in size... stay at the 6-12 rep range for mucle hypertrophy.

Try doing some cycling. Its dirt cheap, and will burn lots of calories. I think it also works more area's than walking will. I got more results from walking, but that was only because I was able to do it before and after school everyday for an hour each session.

Only if it gets your heart rate up to your target heart rate. You can do cardio at home though. I do aerobics/dance in my living room for at least 20 mins.

its ok for starters but you would need to change up the routine. Make sure you do at least 30mins of cardio. monitor your heart rate.

No, it will not raise your heart rate enough.
