Its a toss up
When I had my first child, and he was butt first, bent over in half and they let me have him naturally. I had to have reconstructive surgery after.
When I wrecked my car and broke a lot of ribs and had a collapsed lung. The lung tube was the worst because they ram it in under your armpit with no pain killers...OOOOuuuuuccchchh
Third, when I had my second son by c section. While recovering the first few days I felt like my intestines were going to fall out of my abdomen, but I hear thats normal...doesnt make it any more fun, though.

Smashed my fingers under the roll bar of a four wheeler when I was 15. The weight of the roll squished my silver claddagh ring in half which had to be cut off with wire cutters. Hurt as bad as childbirth, if not worse.

I cracked my head open by jumping down the stairs...
I've cracked it open tripping over a bench...
My brother slammed my finger in a very heavy door last summer and it was bruised internally and i couldn't bend it for 2 months without wanting to cry.. the doctors say it wasnt broken but it is crooked now...
Also a few days after that I was running in heals and twisted my ankle so bad my dad had to carry me to the car and then help me into my aunt's house..

I've been shot in the left eye.
I've been stabbed.
I've was in an accident which broke my back.
My leg was paralyzed for six months.
I've been close to death several times in my life.
Figuring out which was the worst injury wasn't what I focused on. I focused on the fact that I survived. That I lived to tell about it. I should be dead from alcohol poisoning but I'm still hear to tell you about it. I drank three fifths of whiskey and a case of beer in two and one half hours. The only one who knows why I'm still here to tell you about is God. No brag, just fact. I'm glad that God saw fit to give me a purpose in life. That purpose is to tell everyone who wants to know that no matter what we've done, no matter what we've been through or put ourselves through. God cares and he can change your life if we only believe that his son, Jesus died and rose again on the third day so that we might be saved. Thanks for asking...

I used to be a thai boxer, one of my fights, i took a knee to the ribs and had 3 of them broken. I couldn't even get out of bed for like 5 months without feeling the pain. I could hardly walk, and it hurt to breathe for a long time.

I was waiting to be picked up at my barn and I was watching my friends Lisa and Colleen at the washrack. Colleen was washing her horse, Murphy, and Lisa was letting her horse (Buddy) eat grass.
Colleen had to run to grab something so she called me over to hold onto Murphy for her. I did without thinking--I was ready to go so I was in ballet flats. Lace ballet flats are NOT something to wear around a horse. Within seconds of me grabbing onto the lead he stomped down on my right foor twice, snapping it. I have permenant nerve damage and I have no feeling there. There is also a bone sticking up that you can feel...it's joyus.

rolled off the back of a car on a hi-way and smashed my head into the barrier then knocked myself out....only 10 minutes later did the driver realize.....
You know how many people can pass you on a highway in 10 minutes.
Did I mention that I was at the top of a bridge.......goes to show ya how many people care to stop when they happen to see a knocked out body lying on the side of a road...what has the world come too.....?

Came off my motorbike, skidded along the road for about 120 meters... Leather jacket rode up and literally skinned my right hip down to my right knee raw.
Got to love shock.... No pain for 2 hours...
