Satanists don't believe in a "devil" or "fallen angel" we're atheistic
Because it is too widely misunderstood, I give you:
The Eleven Satanic Rules of the Earth
by Anton Szandor LaVey ©1967
[Spanish, Croation]
1. Do not give opinions or advice unless you are asked.
2. Do not tell your troubles to others unless you are sure they want to hear them.
3. When in another’s lair, show him respect or else do not go there.
4. If a guest in your lair annoys you, treat him cruelly and without mercy.
5. Do not make sexual advances unless you are given the mating signal.
6. Do not take that which does not belong to you unless it is a burden to the other person and he cries out to be relieved.
7. Acknowledge the power of magic if you have employed it successfully to obtain your desires. If you deny the power of magic after having called upon it with success, you will lose all you have obtained.
8. Do not complain about anything to which you need not subject yourself.
9. Do not harm little children.
10. Do not kill non-human animals unless you are attacked or for your food.
11. When walking in open territory, bother no one. If someone bothers you, ask him to stop. If he does not stop, destroy him.

Why anyone would want to follow the devil, I don't know. The devil is only known to be evil and do bad things, so you will have trouble following him and still stay within the laws. Anyone can worship anything they want as long as they are not hurting anyone else or breaking the laws. You can worship a blade of grass if you want.

People already do. Witchcraft, idolatry, black magic, etc.etc.etc., they all ultimately worship the devil. There is a huge group in Washington state called Ramtha that follows an old demonic guide and even hollywood stars have been known to show up there. Oregon has national witches conventions, satanic groups walk around publicly all the time and they aren't driven out of town because of this. The list could go on and on.

The answer to this is Yes, for two reasons.
1) Free will, everyone has a right to decide who they worship as long as they are willing to accept the consequnces of their God.
2) Freedom of religion, if you start making rules on what people can believe in, where will it end, will you ban voodoo next? Hinduism because of multiple Gods, etc. In addition, if we start to limit religion, how would you feel if other countries do the same? Would you feel right in a foreign country making Christianity illegal. Decisions have consequences, we should always think out the full ramification before we make a grave mistake. Hope that helps.

It's a free country. Since the devil was a fallen angel, I don't understand why anyone would want to !?! I've never heard of anything positive coming from worshiping the devil.

If the deeds are evil, how could it be within the law?
Have you read a book called "he came to set the captives free?"
It is written by a woman who was supposedly once a Satanist and later became a Christian. She reveals some dark things.

whatever one worships, it's his choice. Freewill, right?
just a question though, if you worship the devil, can it be lawful? i mean, the devil was stated as evil, therefore, can it be called lawful, practicing evil too? sorry, just a question, okay?

Hehe, yes. Everyone has the right to believe and worship whatever and whoever they want as long as they are not harming anyone.
