It's one of those terms that began as a derogatory term. These days derogatory terms have been adopted as being cool. It cuts to the truth. People want to label me a Jesus Freak? Fine. I'll be a Jesus Freak.

I think it comes in part by non-christians calling us freaks. If we are freaks to the world then put me on the Jesus freak list because in Jesus is all there really is.
1 Corithians 3:18-19 sums it up, " Stop fooling yourselves. If you think you are wise by this world's standards, you will have to become a fool so you can become wise by God's standards. For the wisdom of this world is foolishness to God.

I am a Jesus Freak!!!! Mostly, I am not shaken when I am called a Freak because I love and follow Jesus, so, if because I love and follow Jesus I am considered a freak, so be it!
