Technically they have different implications, but they are both correct. The first sentence technically implies that there are different possible sets of directions and I want you to give me one. The second one implies that there is only one possible set of directions and I want that.
Having said that, practically speaking in this situation, both have the same basic meaning.

English is my first language and I say both are correct. I may be wrong but the word directions is used with slightly varying meanings in both sentences.
In the first one directions is (from dictionary.com) "The act or function of directing." You are asking the person to direct (an action) you to their home.
In the second sentence it is using the meaning "An instruction or series of instructions for doing or finding something." You are asking the person to give you the set of information (a thing) which will instruct you to their home.

2 is right , if one was right you would end it in house, can you give me directions to your house, not home, but two say can you give me THE directions to your home.

#2 would imply that your home is some sort of mechanical device that requires a set of written instructions to operate properly.

two is right. The definite article is required. In this case "the" signals that the noun is definite, that it refers to a particular member of a group.
