Most Christians do like and even love non-believers, if they do not they are not being the kind of Christians God called them to be. We are told to love sinners and hate the sin.

kudos to you... though i'm a Catholic, i'm kinda ashamed of my Christian brothers and sisters who lashed out at other religions... Christ taught us to be humble, meek and mild, yet there are those people who lambast other religion... lesson here is respect other people's faith and belief, despite being condemn by others of our faith. if they throw blasphemy to our religion, let them be. for that is what is meant when Christ taught us to turn the other cheek, and offer it too... be humble amongst thy neighbor. learn to love your enemies as you have love me, Christ's words...
that is why i'm ashamed of christians lambasting other faiths, christians converting other people, christians who claims they are the ones alone who shall be "saved".
