As far back as the Byzantine Empire women have been bleaching their hair blond because it is subconsciously associated with youth, and therefore with fertility – which is why men are often (though less and less, as society becomes more sophisticated and aware of psychology) more attracted to women who were blond. Because society figured out the primitive instincts it caused a lot more jealousy towards people with naturally blond hair – and what do people do when they’re jealous? They construct fallacies to make themselves look better at the expense of someone else. So the answer to your questions is if she is stupid, she will still be stupid, but hair color has nothing to do with intelligence - or with fertility for that matter - although those of us who are naturally blond have had to deal with people saying nasty things about us for our entire lives based on nothing more then ancestral fabrications.

Yes, if she is really stupid before. Well, someone stupidity cant be changed by hair colour. Even her hair is black or red or white or bald, if she is stupid, she is still stupid. Attitude is important. But I am sure U are a very clever girl : )

if she is a true blonde, then yes she is. Here is a joke to explain it.
A blonde walked into a store and told a cashier that she wanted to buy the TV she was pointing at. He said: sorry, we don't sell to blondes.
So the blonde dyes her hair brown and goes back. She said: Can i buy that TV now?
They said sorry, we don't sell to blondes.
So she dyes her hair red and goes back and says: Now, can i buy that TV?

stupid is as stupid does, she will look horrible, but that is her decision,. the only reason blondes are considered stupid, is because people are jealous that for the most part, they are quite attractive
