Depends on the context. It's not common "It is your business" at all. Well, often we are saying " That's not your business", "None of your business" etc. Good luck!

You'll need to give a fuller example in a sentence or part of a conversation. It can mean a few different things.

that what you are doing does not pretain to anybody else and they should have no any say in whatever it is. In other word they don't need to stick their nose where it doesn't belong
