But if you wanna mix all that together try this:
Island Milk recipe
Scale ingredients to servings
1 cup orange juice
1 cup milk
1 cup crushed ice
2 tsp sugar
Blend the orange juice, milk, sugar and ice together for 30 seconds. Pour into collins glasses, and serve.

Whoooa Talk About Liquid Overload! Yea it should be fine unless you have bad problems with acidity, then I suggest not drinking the orange juice.

I don't suggest the acids and dairy mixed together. Acid curdles the diary. For those with sensitive stomachs, it can cause problems. It's better to wait for one to digest a bit before having the other. Also, grapefruit juice in alcoholic drinks is a BAD idea too and Red Bull and alcohol can, actually, harm you.

that sounds like it hurts already. i'd hate to use the bathroom after you. i would actually hold back on chocolate milk. your stomach has to produce more acid to digest it. but if you wait a little bit, you can have the best of both glasses!

Go ahead and try it...and let us know how the mixture tasted coming back out! Seriously, the orange juice will most likely curdle the milk in your stomach and make you vomit.

You know...I owned an espresso bar years ago...I tried to make orange flavored mochas and they curdled. Imagine that in your belly. EWWW
No good for the digestive system!

Yes because the acid in the OJ may cause the milk to curdle in your stomach.

The lactose, fructose, and citric acid are not going to mix well, especially if you have a sensitive stomach.
