Yes, all the time, on the head or occasionally their cheek. Never on the mouth.
One of my cats will actually kiss me back. She started this with a little lick, to which I exclaimed - oh you're giving me kisses! Now she does it on command. Sooo cute. She may even reach up to my leg and give me "kisses" because she knows she'll get my attention and lots praise.
Now she's beginning to jump up (like a dog might) to get attention too - and add kisses to the mix.
Ahem, who's training WHO here??? lol

My Golden Retriever is really cool, but I've seen some of the things she's done with her mouth and I am NOT kissing her. I just brush her and pet her for affection.

I kiss my cats on the head all the time, sometimes on the cheeks, but never on the mouth. They lick their poopy... I kiss my two cats good morning, goodby, mommy's home, and goodnight! Sometimes for nothing also. They are so accustummed to it that they greet me and wait 4 their kissies!

Thank Heavens I'm not alone! Tho after she had a mouse in her mouth I felt a bit strange, but I love my cat soooo much, and I like to believe the Buddhist theory that we are coaching them to be human in their next incarnation and help them know what love, affection and kindness really are...

Always! Kissing fuzzy kitten ears or tummies or noses are some of the great pleasures in life. Some of my nine cats will kiss me back, they'll lick my lips with their rough little tongues "mommy I love you too"...

I always do. I don't consider my cat to be a "pet" I consider her part of my family. I treat her like a daughter and I'd take a bullet for her, because I love her more than anything in the world.

Oh yes. My kitten is not overly enthusiastic about it, especially when I kiss the top of his nose, but he sometimes complies with it even without my holding him.
I also found that he sometimes likes (and even will initiate) my rubbing his nose around his face (like he rubs against feet, fingers, just with my nose), which is about as close as a kiss :))
