when my g/f switched jobs she lost the insurance that covers her birth control. before that we had awesome sex, i could actually keep going for long after i was actually finished. well now i have to use condoms everytime and it has seriously changed our sexlife. the instructions say to stop intercourse when you orgasm so that's what i do now, and it sucks. i want to keep going but stopping to change the condom just kinda kills the excitement. so my question is what other forms of contriceptives can we use that are effective but won't take so much away from the experience? because it's been over a year and our sexlife has suffered greatly and now that's carrying over into the rest of our relationship.

Well, there's over 12 forms of birth control for women, including the female condom (more coverage) and spermicide foam/gel. If her insurance won't pay for it, maybe you should try planned parenthood. If you need to ask this question here, you may want to stop having sex. You don't really sound ready or able to deal with the possibilities of pregnancy. Please get counseling from Planned Parenthood which will lay out all forms of birth control and provide you with possible prescriptions for the pill.
