Spelling: hereditary. And yes, it is hereditary.

And yes, it's possible. Just takes some exercise, because that fat, like the fat on hips, thighs, and buttocks (for women) and around the waist (for me) is pretty stubborn stuff (because of the genetic makeup that predisposes us to it)

Best way to get rid of it is the same way that we get rid of all of our extra fat: healthy eating and adding cardiovascular and weight-building exercises to our daily routines.
