It's how most Pagans and Wiccans say hello or good bye. It's just a wish of blessings.

It's used as a salutation or valediction by Wiccans. It means pretty much what it sounds like.

(Trivia: The spell checker parses 'Wiccans' as 'vicunas.' Something symbolic there, I'm sure...)

It's used a lot among Latins for example if you do a good action toward someone or if you give a good news or for a good action done. Is related to God bless you or God bless your action or action done.
